Iznajar is a beautiful Village that dates back 800 years and nestled in the Adalusian hills surrounded by Olive fields. It over looks a 30 km freshwater lake and has it own beach just a few minutes away from the town.
Only 1 hour from Malaga and 45 minutes from Granada airport it is easy to get to from most European cities and served by scheduled and budget airlines.

Situated in the heart of Andalusia it is the perfect place to locate yourself to explore the surrounding area.
Basing yourself here will put you in easy reach by car of the magnificent city of Seville (2 hours), the historic city of Cordoba (1.2 hours), the impressive and stunning Ronda with ancient Roman Aqueduct (1.5 hours), the vibrant beach resorts of Malaga (1 hour) the incredible Alhambra Palace in Granada (45 min) or another 20 minutes from there to the beautiful Sierra Nevada, 1.5 hours to the glitz, glamour and decadence of Marbella and so much more.
For the more adventurous you are only a 2.5 drive from Gibraltar (passport required) and 2 hours 20 minutes to the port of Algeciras and than another 2 hours by ferry to Morocco (passport required). Go for a day trip or overnight.

Take wonderful walks around the lake, through the olive fields and to the beach.
Visit the beach and make a complete day of it. Laze under an umbrella, hire a pedalo or go canoeing around the turquoise waters of Iznajar lake. The beach is served by a Spanish restaurant with a variety of local and international dishes.
Discover the town of Iznajar with it 800 year old Castille, walk the steep hills, visit the cliff side cemetery and admire the stunning lake views.
Looking to get fit? The town of Iznajar has lots of outdoor fitness equipment where you can enjoy the view. There is also close by Olympic pool, full size running track and outdoor tennis courts. If you are a more gym person, there is one of those too (see the ESSENTIALS page).

Holiday in a charming Spanish villa nestled in the Andalusian hills and surrounded by olive fields. 3 bedrooms (comfortably sleeps six), 3 bathrooms, 10m x 3m pool, pool terrace, sun lounge, indoor dining, alfresco dining, fully equipped kitchen and a large garden. Walking distance to the local bar, and a 10 minute drive to the town of Iznajar and 5 minutes to its lakeside beach. Wake up to the rising sun (or shut the blinds and sleep till midday), experience magnificent moon rises, stare at the star lit sky and experience sweeping views of mountainous olive groves as far as the eye can see.
